What do you need?

We all know the basics we need to survive: food, water, and shelter. But there are other terms to learn.

Here are some words you might need to describe the bare necessities of what you need in life.

The Basics

In order to survive and thrive, humans need food, water, air, and shelter. These are the most basic things that we need to live.

Food provides us with the energy and nutrients that we need to survive. Water is essential for hydration and plays a role in many of our body’s processes. Air is necessary for breathing and the exchange of gases in our lungs. Shelter protects us from the elements and provides a place for us to rest and feel safe.

Beyond the Basics

While these are the basic things we need to live, many other things make life more enjoyable. Friendship, love, laughter, and meaningful work are just a few of the things that make life worth living. But no matter what else we have in our lives, we will always need food, water, air, and shelter to survive.

Conclusion

In conclusion, life is full of beautiful things that make it worth living. Friendship, love, laughter, and meaningful work are just a few of these things. So cherish the relationships you have, laugh often, and find work that is fulfilling. These are the ingredients for a happy life.
